Honestly, due to the pandemic almost ALL if not MOST of the items I have now are bought via online shopping specifically via Lazada. I am biased since its my trusted online shopping platform ever since and good thing I haven’t had any horror stories and I am hear to share it to you guys as well and hope this will help you become a wise & discerning shopper as well as a good steward of your finances.

1. ALWAYS READ the description and CHECK reviews of the product you are about to purchase especially if its not Laz Mall Lazada even had a campaign – #MasLegitSaLazMall usually when the product doesn’t have any review at all I don’t buy na. Knowing that whatever you are looking for with the wide assortment of item from Lazada there will be a lot of SKUs that for sure are well reviewed.

2. NEVER EVER communicate outside the Lazada platform even if its in the seller’s Instagram or Facebook Page. Any communication outside the Lazada platform is already outside their jurisdiction.

3. Use Lazada Wallet, this work two ways for me – ONE it promotes self control because I should not go beyond to the amount that I preset to buy things that I needed makes me a BETTER steward of my finances as well I won’t be tempted to add everything but become more discerning with what I buy then TWO refunding is also way easier, I had a couple of refunds but thankfully I never had a dispute. This also safer than using credit card literally and figuratively though I know safe with the platform’s encrytion but I am not sure if your credit card is safe from your impulse buys hahahah

4. PLAN your purchases this way you become better steward of your finances e.g. – all toiletries so most of your purchase is from Unilever usually if bulk you get discounts or free shipping. It is also easier It’s win win right?

5. GIVE AN HONEST REVIEW of products that you both better if its detailed to help other consumers as well. Sometimes it make me wonder why most of the time we only post rants than proper reviews so let us elevate also the culture of APPRECIATION to the sellers if their product made you happy, and if not CONSTRUCTIVELY give your take also you get 4 Coins for every review right? Again, its win win! You can use your coins in exchange of vouchers.

6. EXPLORE THE APP & BE UPDATED, thee are a lot of functions in the app that ae both entertaining & educational such as Lazada Live & Lazada Games you can win prizes from exploring them while having fun.
