Happening this weekend, November 23 and 24. 2019 at The Fifth at Rockwell. This curated Christmas Pop Up is the brainchild of fashion and lifestyle concept store Fifth Rack a place that caters to wide variety of items that cater to men, women and even children. And eversince its five year existence, this weekend’s pop up will be the biggest one yet!
I myself knows how tedious pop ups and trunkshows are organized but thanks to this team we can now shop hassle free this weekend and get something unique for our loved ones.
The Fifth Rack as well as this pop up provides an avenue to brands especially those who are up and coming to test the feasibility of theirs items in the market as well an avenue to be able to showcase each one’s artistry. Whereas, the holiday season can be a perfect timing to do so since most of us are on the hunt for a variety of items to be gifted and even something to use for ourselves.

Last Tuesday, I was able to take a sneak peek of what FLAIR has to offer and check out some of them:
BLOOM AND TOPIARY (@bloomandtopiary) – Locally made plant based for that supple and healthy skin. Their 4 -Step Nightly Assist only cost below 1,500. A perfect gift idea for your girlfriends! I got to try out the Revitalizing Beauty Oil with SPF 15 overnight and I can say that it made mhy skin feel supple and look healthy despite the lack of sleep 🙂
ELLANA COSMETICS (@ellanaminerals) – A cult favorite for their mineral-based make up and skin care line. A product that I have been using and higly recommended specially for sensitive skin.
Mi.Mi. Cosmetics PH (@mimibeautyph) – Affordable cosmetics for the Filipina skin with materials sourced from Thailand and Korea. Did you know that its brand name actually came from Minnie Mouse where the owner’s daughter cannot pronunce it but said mimi instead.
PILI ANI PH (@pilianiph) – Organic and locally made beauty products! Made from Pili Products. A personal favorite too since our family came from the Bicol Region where Pili fruit came from.

FAITH AND FEARLESS (@faithandfearless.ph) – Streetwear brand from Macau that will compliment your OOTDs.
UNWASTED (@unwasted.store) – Did you know that these are hand-painted? And each piece is uniquely made by its artist and designer Eli whom I personally got to meet and talk to. The items may seem expensive for a usual pop up but it being handmade gives it a premium of wearing a unique and sustainable clothing piece.
COPPERAZZO (@copperazo) – Unique Handcrafted Jewelry by Copperazo. Did you know that some if not all of their items are actually made through social entrepreneurship where it provide jobs to stay home parents in chosen communities. A personal advocacy of mine too! Hopefully more brands will be able to take this path. Talk about fashion with a purpose!
ISLAND STYLE COLLECTIONS (@islandstylecolections) – Who says you can’t do summer all year round? Resort Wear and Accessories all year round theirs items are also sourced from Thailand and Bali. And I got to meet Dearsy, the owner and designer who is equally nice just like her creations.
SPIFFY (@spiffy.sleepwear) – Sleep in comfiest pajama sets and not to mention without a fraction of a price.

I really support this kind of initiative to showcase both established and up and coming brands to a wider market. Part of The Fifth Rack‘s initiative when in comes to their curation is to be proactive in looking for a diversity of products that are Filipino made some organic or maybe handmade that is also sustainable.
