Product Review: Moringa-O2 Herbal Soap

image

I’m not really a fan of trying out new products on my skin, since I am born with a sensitive skin (take note maarte talaga yung skin ko). So what ever I am currently using I stick to that, which are usually baby friendly products.I first encountered Moringa-O2 products during the launch of their Herbal Skin and Hair Therapy Oil which you can read up here. Since, I got educated that their products are organic and suitable for sensitive skin, I gave it a try.

Moringa-O2 combines powerful multi-vitamins, antioxidants and minerals from Malunggay, Olive Oil and Omega to deeply nourish and moisturize dry and sensitive skin.
Moringa-O2 is best recommended for those with the following skin conditions:

For dry and sensitive skin
For itchy skin
Aging skin
Skin asthma and Keratosis Pilaris

KEY BENEFITS:

Helps slow down signs of aging
Stimulates cell regeneration and skin renewal
Improves skin elasticity and suppleness
Anti-bacterial and anti-acne
Skin lightening
So after more than a week of using this soap, does it live up to our expectation?

This soap smells really good! It is a mixture of citrus and green tea which I totally love! It works on a quick lather and actually feels creamy, somewhat similar to cream soaps such as Dove or Nivea. But another plus is it doesn’t melt quickly unlike most soaps, talk about value for money!

The Pros

It’s organic! Moringa(Malunggay + Olive Oil + Omega)

It really cleans your body (which some beauty soap tend to neglect)

Relieves skin redness and itchiness,it actually work as a natural antiseptic.

Smells really good!

It doesn’t melt quickly like other soaps does.

The Cons

Whitening effect will have to take time.

Moisturizing effect may not be effective for those who has really dry skin.

Scent doesn’t have a long staying power.

Price: Php49.75 – 60g Php89.75 – 135g

Final Verdict:  I give this soap a 4.8/5 score. I can say that it has a great value for money, good benefits for the skin, lovely scent and easy to buy. I will definitely continue using this soap.
